Many brokerage firms represent both landlords and tenants in the same lease negotiation; in our view, there is no way to advocate for the best interests of the Tenant and the Landlord if one firm is representing both sides of the deal.
We also believe that in the commercial real estate business there is always an opportunity for a win-win scenario for Tenants and Landlords. Therefore, we approach each negotiation with a winning outcome in mind. Through proper due diligence, technique, and timing we can accomplish the ultimate goal of the transaction, which is in the best interest of our client the Tenant!
